No‑Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Once payment is made for any VPS plan or add-on, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations / Unsubscribe

  • You may cancel your VPS service at any time to stop future renewals.
  • Cancelling a service does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • To cancel, email connect@bingo-agency.com from your account email with your VPS ID/plan name. We will confirm cancellation and the effective date.

Billing & Renewals

  • Services renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • No prorated or partial-month credits are provided.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment chargeback may result in immediate service suspension and account termination. Please contact us first at connect@bingo-agency.com to resolve any billing issue.

Abuse & Policy Violations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund for violations of our Terms of Service or applicable laws, including but not limited to spam, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, or hosting illegal content.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that purchase.
